Complete your device Diagnostics test on Samsung Members app! Post your picture on “Samsung Members Diagnostics Challenge” contest board for a chance to win Famous Amos e-voucher.

How to join:

Step 1: Select the “Get Help” tab on Samsung Members app. In the Diagnostics menu, tap “start” to complete the tests.

Step 2: Upload a photo or screenshot of the test on the Contest “Diagnostics Challenge” board via Samsung Members app/ web:

a) Select the Contest menu b) Select the “Samsung Members Diagnostics Challenge” board c) Post your photo/video

Step 3: Caption your post with your experience of the improved Diagnostics feature and include the hashtags:

Step 4: Ten (10) Eligible Contestants with the most creative post, caption and/or likes will be selected and each winner receive one (1) RM5 Famous Amos e-voucher.
