Anyone else having slow internet connection since the patch update in August 2021?  I'm with Optus 3g network... ok hear me out lol yes I know 4g & 5g are available, iv been on prepaid unlimited internet for over 10+ years so im loyal and I wasn't having any issues  since updating the softwae (also clearing my caches & optimizing my phone - the usual). If you guys are having or had this issue please share a way to resolve this.

Hi @R-one, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Found that it was Optus who have and are still having service network issues across Sydney (not to sure if the rest of Australia or regions that can reach their service signals) are still been affected. You can find all these reviews/complaints on the Optus website with the same issues.

Also, just to check, I tried swapping out my sim card tp another phone and found the same issues- internet data would constantly drop out or would not connect.
