Hello, I ordered a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with Samsung Canada Education site, and my order is awaiting dispatch. Does anyone know how long it takes before it gets shipped? I placed the order yesterday
Ah this is Samsung Australia, you should get in touch with Samsung Canada with your order number to enquire about it. Keep in mind it is Christmas period, so there'll be some delay with public holidays. Hope you get it soon though.
If yiu know how to use a VPN choose one with a server in Canada then open Samshng Members. This will get you into the Canadian Samsung Members pages. It will revert to Australia when you turn off the VPN or choose an Australian Server. Given the storms in Canada if it hasn't been dispatched you will be waiting.
