Yes, around Jan to Feb you should start to recive the update. This could change at any time so yeah.

The Note20 series & S20 series are still in beta for Android 12 & One UI 4.
So it's difficult to say.

I can tell you that there are still a number of 3rd party apps that are not updated and/or working correctly yet, such as Twitter for example.
