How do you block scam calls from a "recognized organization" by hiya

I receive potentially scam or trash calls from this organization called "Levitate" frequently. All calls from this organization is recognized automatically with samsung smart call hiya, but this organization keeps calling using different numbers and i have to block these numbers one by one which is annoying. How do you block all calls from it?

If you go onto your phone app and then settings. Opening up the details for Caller ID and spam protection gives you two options. One to block all spam and scam calls and the other to block high risk ones.

Not the same as only blocking levitate as you asked for but at least you wont get any of them 😀

The option: block all spam and scam calls is already on. It seems that "Levitate" is somehow not classified by hiya as a scam company. 🤔 But I'm sure those are scam calls.

Doh. I wonder if it can be reported as spam. Hopefully that would trigger it to be updated if more people do that

Hey @CryptoAxis, thanks for reaching out. As mentioned below, best bet would be to report the number if it is not recognised as spam already. 

There is an option to block calls from unknown numbers however this may result in missing calls from legitimate businesses that use private numbers.
