I missed the delivery of my TV, how do I get Samsung to redeliver the TV

So I missed the initial delivery of my TV on 25th Feb 2022, 

I have called your online shopping line 4 times (25th Feb at 10:19am, 1st Mar at 3:48pm and 7th Mar at 8am, and 10th Mar, to organise a redelivery. On the 1st March I received an email saying that my goods are on the way. But then no text from the delivery company to organise the delivery day. On the 8th March I sent an email asking for help with this matter to onlinesupport@samsung.com. I still have not received a reply to that email. When I look at the status of the order, it says it has been delivered. I'm pretty sure I would notice a 75" TV, so no it has not been delivered. Can I get help with this? I just want my TV delivered.

 

So I'm posting here because the customer support line seems almost impossible to get through to anyone.
