Hi Samsung Fam, just curious with the latest update has anyone been having random bugs and glitches like subtitles off, strange settings and smart view suddenly over taking the entire house? I've only had it for a few hours but it seems as though my s20 ultra has gone backwards (kinda like the iPhone updates and the old phones lag)? May just be me but also my battery dies really fast even on batt saving mode. Also won't allow me to upload photos  because they aren't jpeg? Seems really backwards. Thanks Sam Fam x

Hi @Boney, that's strange. Could you clarify what you mean by subtitles off? Is this for streaming video content on your S20 Ultra.

As for being unable to upload photos because they aren't .jpeg files, is this relating to the Members Community app?

I am not too sure how to explain it SamLaura. Like it seems 'sticky' when I type, time skips a few seconds, subtitles when I smartview is always at the top which I cannot seem to find a solution to and just tiny glitches. I will restart it now and see if that fixes things. One quick question with sharing the photos they have to be unfiltered yeah? I think it takes the magic away from the original pic but it really does bring out the brilliance when you compare the two. I have decided I will pre order tomorrow as the specs are pretty much the same and it's my 37th bday on the 10th so it'll be a great present if I get the promotion. Thanks so much for your time 😃

Hi @Boney, to be eligible for the preorder bonus, the order will need to be placed before 11:59 PM AEST 3rd March 2022!

As for the glitches, I suggest sending through an error report within 2-3 minutes of this happening for our team to investigate further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
