Bought an s21 Ultra that's been stuck with no reward points offered for the purchase. In fact order is still showing on its way...

Any idea how I can get this resolved?

Is reward points not showing in your account page like in estimated points area? (Make sure you are logging in with the account you placed the order)

Rewards are credited after 14 days from delivery if I can remember but it should still show in your account as estimated points in your order tracking page


*You have to enroll into Samsung Rewards Program to get rewards points

Mine is the same, received after around 2 weeks.

Check your invoice from Samsung, it should state there your "Estimated Points Earned".

I am logged in with my account. The order is showing under my account as still yet to be delivered (Dec 2021). There are estimated points on the order but I have not received them as they are not showing in the Samsung Rewards page.

The fact that the phone is still showing under "track my order" is bizarre.

Yeah you will receive the points after return period for the device is over
