Dear Samsung!

It's been over 5 weeks since I placed my orders, however I still didn't receive any Rewards Points. According to both invoices I should be getting 8771 points in total for 2 separate orders.

I have been trying to contact the non existent customer support over the phone with no luck whatsoever. I decided to use the chat option instead, however 3 agents had no idea how to help.

I sent 2 emails explaining the issue, all of which were completely ignored.

Is anybody able to assist, please or is Samsung Rewards nothing but a scam?

Have you recieved the orders yet or are you still waiting for them?

I think the points show up 14 days after you recieve the orders.
Having said that, I'm sure @SamsungLaura can offer more insight.

Some of the items were delivered 22 days ago. Others arrived only yesterday.
