DiscussionHi Guys,
Anyone else having problems with reaching samsung ? I tried emailing 4 times, calling, live chat and no one ever gets back to me. It is upsetting after purchasing a premium product that the service is not matching up.
My order was not dispatched on advertised date, was separated and Im still waiting for the rest of my order to come through with no tracking info and no explanation on what is going on.

DiscussionThey've disabled the msg service at the store, so when you ring, choose your option, you hear some music then it hands up.
Absolutely useless.

DiscussionHi @TSulysto, I do apologise for the experience you've trying to follow up on your order status. In regard to your order being separated, was this a pre-order and bonus gift purchased from our online store?
This is normal for preorders as the bonus gifts are shipped separately.
Due to recent weather conditions, your order may have been impacted by our logistics delays. Our team are currently working through the backlog of orders as a result of this and are aiming to fulfil these orders as soon as possible.

DiscussionHi laura, i accepted the fact that they were sent separately. However i only receive one of my 3 preorder bonus that i purchased (it was through your partnership portal). Now i dont know if the other two items are still coming or not. I ended up having to buy a couple of the items now because i just dont know if it is still going to come. No tracking available and you are the only person that has replied from Samsung which i greatly appreciate.
It's not so much the waiting that is bothering me. But no one has replied emails, or able to be called up. No notice or follow up email was sent saying order will be delayed. Or if i have a third shipment coming. It was all put through under the same order.
Some clarity of what is going on and assurance that my order is actually coming is what im after really.
