I've been trying to find some support for my Galaxy Tab S8+ Preorder, but no matter which option I try, I haven't had any luck.
I've got an order that has been stuck on 'Processing' since the 10th of February, and I was hoping someone could help me know what's going on.

At the present our team have confirmed delays as a result of COVID and extreme weather preventing stock deliveries.

DiscussionOk, so it is fine that the order still says 'Processing' ? It shouldn't have progressed to 'Preparing dispatch' or the likes yet? I just want to make sure that the order has been processed correctly. No changes or updates since the 10th of Feb is a little odd.

DiscussionHi @amassingham, this is correct. I do apologise for the delays and understand your concerns regarding the order being stuck on 'Processing'.
At the present, our team have not confirmed an ETA as the rain is still ongoing and may cause further delays.

DiscussionBut yet i can go into a store and get one now..... What a joke your call centre is or chat is useless as well. Also Covid isn't an excuse anymore, thats just bad management and planning.
