Dose anyone know how to keep refresh rate at  120hz all the time when split screen or pop up? On S22 ultra.

Sorry mate there is no fixed 120 hz option in s22 ultra , it only has 120 adaptive refresh rate so you cant force it to stay 120hz all the time even if you need setting go to display setting and click screen rate..

Personally speaking, adaptive is the way to go. Definately saves the battery.

Adaptive refresh rate / VRR is extremely popular in PC and console gaming.
