I love this feature. 

I just wish it was active the entire day not just during sleep. And exercise too 

I keep telling people I'm hot all the time but no way to prove it. 

Also an alert in case of heat stroke like a drink water warning ⚠️ 

 I understand this is different to core body temp but any time I've had heat stroke I've always complained about feeling really hot. 

Like 35c° days in uniforms or protective gear or just clothes

Also helpful health wise for all ages what's the first thing people do put their hand ✋️ on the head not helpful as this only tells you if they are hotter than you by then it's usually too late to intervene. 

And My hands are almost always hotter than them

The first thing to do is find a thermometer capable of measuring skin temperature. They exist,. Google that phrase "types of thermometers etc.
The second is to set a base line. This requires recording when you don't have a problem. Yout temperature should be take using the same criteria each day, e.g. before a particular meal-time, in the same conditions e.g. room temperature etc,, in the sample body place, under arm, forehead, ear. Note how long before and after meal-times.
When you feel overheated record separately and include the circumstances listed above.
You should try to establish if there is a pattern. Take ALL records to your doctor, try to present graphs for each type of circumstance.

Yep but I want measurements all the time not at specific times as there will be a automatic bias I'll measure when feeling good or bad
