Anyone else get scammed into buying and S24 from Telstra under the impression that they can claim the Samsung Watch or Tablet, only to find out that its actually not possible because Samsung doesn't accept the Telstra Monthly Invoice as proof of purchase?

Can't you go to the Telstra shop and get the right proof of purchase

Didn't buy it from the Telstra Shop. Was ordered online on the Telstra Portal. Ive asked them for proof of purchase, and they told me that its on the montlhy invoice ( which it is and i clearly showed this to Samsung)... But ofcourse they rejected it.

So im posting it here to make sure that whomever is thinking about getting a samsung from Telstra and thinkng they will get the redemption watch also, then reset your thinking... It wont happen and if thats the only reason ( like me) to upgrade your phone for a sumsung, then dont bother.

The program is legit. If you purchase on a monthly basis, then share the email confirmations from Telsra, which are inside the promotion period. In the emails that Samsung shared, they also provide email and phone contacts. Contact them and explain the situation

Doesn't work Drew.  Samsung doesn't want to know

I've tried contacting samsung, and they refer back to providing an invoice. Which I have.. it seems scripted to basically tell you to go and get something I have already provided but in a different format as they don't want to scroll through my bill. It's 80 pages along and I even separated it and showed them the correct pages, but they keep knocking it back. Reading their T&Cs I have provided exactly what they asked for, however they claim I haven't. Total scam. Would love to hear anyone else who tried it without actually going into a store and getting a full reciept as to how they got this over the line.
