Theme purchased

I purchased a theme in my own country (C1), but I am now in a different country (C2) and bought a new phone in C2. So when the phone updated to one ui 7, the themes that I purchased in C1, are now being reinstalled and, I have to buy them again. Is there any other way to get it without purchasing it again?

Reach out to Samsung Support of country C1 using the account made in C1 to see what options you have (or if they can convert them into, say a voucher for country C2 )

Reason being is purchases, vouchers, and promotions are strictly tied to the country in which they originated

I only have 1 account for both countries. But I will contact samsung support, thanks.

If you have an old sim from that country, insert it and using WiFi, it should connect you to the C1 Galaxy Store.
Failing that, you could try using a VPN that supports region changing.

Doesn't matter, that's the other reason I mentioned using WiFi 👍

If you still have it, install it and try, nothing to lose 👌

When you use Samsung Members you might find you have two accounts with the same name because membership is by country. If you know how to use a VPN go into your VPN account and select your original country, then try installing. Afterwards close vpn or have your connection through Australia. Most common install apps will then work except apps like 5G channels when you do the reversion back to Aus.
