Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone else has had trouble with Samsung in regards to having an item re-delivered?
I ordered a Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Galaxy Buds back in February 2022.

The courier company that delivered it sent this back to sender because "no one was home" (I work from home).

I have had no help from Samsung having this item re-delivered, and in this 6 months I have also moved house, which I called them several times about so they can ship my phone to the correct address, and they did not.

Anyone have any tips on actually getting some help from Samsung on this?
