Since updating I've noticed my watch4 classic don't really charge and my sam22ultra dies down pass 50% after 100 full charge. No faults found, optimised etc. Is it just me or did something get installed which kills the electrical components? Not even 1 year old and they all **bleep** since the update. Samsung ; my s22 ultra is still more expensive than the s23ultra......do better. I can't be the only one? Also how bad are the cameras since update? Urgh!!

Interesting this had happened to you.

My S22U, Fold 4 and Tab S8+ all functions fine and battery remains excellent 👌

I recommend doing a phone diagnostics and sending the results to the Samsung admin/mod.

Please email the Mod/Admin by using the following detail below.

The team generally answers emails within 12-24 hours and they are very helpful.
I do this whenever I have any issues and the team gets it done quite quickly.

Yeah nah they don't. Samsung customer care is very sub par esp in Oz. I am still awaiting a exchange from Feb last year. I've done the diagnostics and yet nothing comes up. My watch4 is dead on airplane mode and it's not connecting to s22 ultra. I seriously think the update stuffed up even my A8 is running slow and I only use YouTube. No photos no cache, no data just good wifi. The layout is even unbalanced. Thanks for your advice though friend I can't work out what had happened. Mercury retrograde perhaps? 🤣🫠

Hey @Boney

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue . Based on what you have described. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.

If this doesn't work out then I suggest referring to @ comment and Email me your details through to the email provided.

Kind Regards,

SamsungClaudette
