I open the Galaxy Store app and there's usually a full page ad for a game that I have to say "do not show again", and then I choose the 'Apps' tab, and most the screen is still taken up with an ad for a game. I'm on the Apps tab, not the Games tab, and you still show games for most of the screen.

So awful!! Stop showing me all these game ads, I use my phone for business!!

Hi @Kentrepid, Samsung is continuously developing products and services to deliver new experiences to both our customers and partners. We work with advertisers to provide recommendations that help our customers discover and explore content and brands.

You can opt out of receiving customised ads via your mobile phone settings, though you will continue to see general ads within select applications. To do this, select the Opt out of Ads Personalisation option on your device through Settings > Privacy > Ads

If the operating system on your device is Version 5.2 or below, please follow these instructions: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt Out of Ads Personalisation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

That doesn't answer my feedback about the awful ads in the Galaxy Store.

Open the weather app, adverts, open smasung pay app, adverts, open Samsung fit, adverts... even open samsungs member app, advert to buy more Samsung products. As much as it sadens me to say this, Samsung no longer care about your experience or your feedback when it comes to all of their adverts. They only see their devices as a way of pushing more adverts at you. That is all they care about, money, not the experience or fans. The only way unfortunately to avoid all samsungs adverts... change brands.... and I hate that because I loved Samsung phones and a big fan forever. But let's face it, their cut and paste replies regarding this subject highlight they both do not care what we the customer think, or plan to stop doing it any time soon :(
