Who else wishes the option to turn off the shutter sound/noise while taking a picture still existed?

You can always put your phone on vibrate or silent mode while taking pictures..

I use Bixby routine for that. Everytime I open the camera app, it puts my phone automatically into do not disturb mode. And when I close the camera app, it turns off do not disturb

It used to work on the older galaxy models. If you push the volume control button you have the options menu there.

Swipe down from the top of your screen to being up the Notifications panel. Disable sound and you can take pictures without the shutter sound. Just remember to re-enable it once you've done snapping photos or you won't hear any notifications. LOL!
