Okay, how about limoncello AND lemonade with the leftover lemons?
Kind of a variation of the glass half full theme but I went home early cuz I was still burpy-barfy from something bad we ate a couple days ago, or maybe a gut bug?
ANYways, bought a bag-o-dozen lemons from Costco (they're from California these days), peeled em shallow so there's very little pith and in about 3 weeks I'll double strain through 2 gold coffee filters, add about 1L of simple syrup and store in the freezer.
Definitely no issues with scurvy in our house.
