Lefteris Arapakis, the son of a Greek fisherman and a Galaxy user, is leading a growing movement to clean the sea by turning plastic waste into something meaningful. After seeing fishermen throw plastic caught in their nets back into the ocean, he realized things had to change.
What began with just one boat has now expanded into a movement of over 3,000 fishermen across the Mediterranean, collecting and recycling plastic from the ocean. This film follows his journey—where tradition meets innovation to create real environmental impact. Together, they’re working toward a cleaner, more hopeful future—one net at a time.
