That isn't normal. Try checking your device's battery health via the Device Diagnostics in the Support Tab here in Samsung Members App. From there you'll know if a battery replacement may be needed already.

If you encounter any issues with your device, you may provide feedback by selecting the 'Support' tab on the homepage of the Samsung Members app. From there, you can select options ranging from reporting a slow device to overheating. Btw when using dual sim usually your device use more battery power than people who use only 1 sim

If it's one week old, it's still learning your usage pattern. It takes around 2 weeks to a month for battery consumption to stabilize
