However, let's keep it simple and try again

1.. Over many years in Australia I have used Samsung phones
2.. In July 2022 I purchased an A73 at the Cellcom store, Ormoc
3.. Around May/June 2023 a verticle line appeared on the screen
4. I took the phone to the Cellcom store in Ormoc where I bought it
5. They acknowledged the fault but would not do anything because I could not produce the receipt for proof of purchase
6. Recently I found the receipt and took the phone to Cellcom, Ormoc.
7. The phone now has eleven verticle lines 
8. They said that as it was out of the warranty period they could send the phone to Samsung in Tacloban for an estimate of repairs

My question to you is:
Will your authorised service centre, Cellcom World Communications Trading charge me to examine my phone if I do not proceed with the repairs?
If you cannot or will not provide me with an answer, who can?
