3.5mm qudio dongle not working

Hi! I'd like to ask for anyone who owns a Galaxy A53. Do you have problems when plugging in a dongle in your phone and showing a notification saying "USB device isn't supported"? I tried changing the dongle and the cable and still getting the same results. If you have a solution to this please tell me. Thank you. 😊
