Hi there! Ask ko lang po if wala ba talaga sa settings ng camera yung resolution? I mean tslaga po bang padang poor quality yung image or video given na quad-cam siya at 48mp? 😔 please help. Thanks
If you are using "full" aspect ration while capturing video, you are limited to HD resolution. Otherwise, you can choose between a couple of resolutions, depending on device type. These can range between HD, FHD, UHD or even 8k. As for images, I believe that the OS pixel bins, or compresses the images as a standard.
Additionally, resolution doesn't depend on the Megapixels of the camera module nor the number of cameras. As far as I know, there is no viable way to alter the resolution of the image output of the camera on any phone. The phone compresses them. The compression is not a negative in this sense since the compression results in almost lossless quality.
