Galaxy AHi @Star83, that is strange. Are you able to send as an Error Report via the Samsung Members app? Error reports are used by our team to identify any potential issues or trends with our devices.
To send an error report you can:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Call/Message > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right
Once your Error Report has been assessed, our team will get back to you with a response which you can view from the notification bell in the Samsung Members app.

While you may have the same issue, we recommend sending in these reports as it can be caused by various factors, and our error reports can provide more specific insights.
