it's already 3rd of September and my Samsung A12FX still outdated while the other A12 users received their update T,T

There are various reasons why there are some delays in the roll-out of the software updates to specific Regions/Countries. You just need to be patient about it. For now, we just wait.

Did you try updating via Smart Swith through a PC? I think may ibang users dun nila nakuha yung update.

hi, haven't try. i think i wait na lang po than forcing it, so it'll not have any update-error po 😆

Safe naman ang updating smart switch sa PC. It's a known workaround.

tried updating through Smart Switch which is a waste of time. took 4 to 5 hours to make it in 100% and stuck on its full percentage and no response after fulling it.

better to wait on my actual phone :<
but @Samsung, please fix this Update-issues!
