I think this person is referring to TapTap which is a Game market store to download apps, they are verified to be true (although there are few apps that are fake apps that contains malware/adware and trackers but TapTap is working about that) But TapTap doesn't provide specifications of the certain app unlike Google play which warns users if the app is incompatible. Although good game app store because it's made for people who want good games and verified by YouTubers and such, it's also has problems trying to blockade some people downloading apps that aren't supported for their devices
