Galaxy ATried consulting some of my friends who always listened thru speaker on Max volume, and they said it is usually okay and normal (had to ask them cuz I usually prefer buds rather than speaker.) Though if this really concerns you, I recommend heading to your nearest customer service provider!
For easier access, you can get in touch with CC thru sending them a PM via FB!

Galaxy AIs the area that heats up specifically around the speaker or might be the battery? Even mine by default does get warm at certain times upon max/continuous usage.
My family specifically use the S21 and S22
