I don't think so, I'm currently using an A16 4g and did update on one ui 7 since monday. I did checked if it's eligible yet sadly it wasn't. Although you can always use fine lock or nice lock then download goodlock as an apk version. Note that home up diy home won't be available unless it you download the latest apk one, do some digging and check the upload date cause the fine lock doesn't have the latest one 😊
