My Parent Samsung A15 5G gone blank after using for just less than a week. It still work with receiving call, sound and vibration. Screen just gone blank for no reason. Did anyone facing the same issues as well? 

Usually if i take the phone to service centre they will fix it or they will swap a new phone instead

Hello, I got a A15 last month, and today the screen was flickering green, then within a hour of that starting the phone screen completely blacked out, not being responsive but still vibrating and making sound

I've only had my a15 almost a month and screen went black without provocation. Then when I reached out to Samsung they told me I still covered under 12 month replacement warranty only to bill me 90 bux for repair. Idk what to do and wasn't expecting the new phone to break only after a month.
