I bought the A16 from my local Walmart but it still booted as an enterprise device. I want full access to my phone and fratures, like multiple users, without an emulator because I'm scared to brick it. Samsung online support has been no help so someone save me please!

Return it to Walmart & get one from Samsung, Best Buy or a Canadian Carrier.

Hi monicasl,

If the device is showing signs of enterprise management out of the box and you’re unable to access core features, as adviced by RedDogRabbit please try returning it to Walmart as soon as possible. It’s possible the device was intended for corporate use.

For full access to all features, we suggest purchasing your next device directly from:

  • Samsung.com

  • Best Buy

  • Or a trusted Canadian carrier (e.g., Rogers, TELUS, Bell, etc.)

These channels provide retail, non-managed units with full One UI functionality.

Thank you.

i'll just root it if I have to. I'm a mom of 4 and this is already my replacement phone so that's not in the budget.
