Why samsung told me that my phone froze restarted or in bad condition but my phone is okay already

phone is also a computer. sometimes if it asked you to restart after crash. you may want to follow the prompt because it's trying to salvage a certain sector on its computing system beside it wouldn't hurt to restart it. its kind of a defense mechanism.
