G'day,
My A30 is fast running out of storage. I have moved all apps possible to a SD card, the only apps on the phone are the ones that came originally. I have deleted all the cache, restarted, reset, removed the card, deleted my account, all to no avail.

I have no idea what the 'other ' is.

The 105mb in apps is the reminder app which is supposedly on the sd card.

Thank you for that information @papasnail. I am still looking into this issue with the storage in 'Other', and will get back to you once I receive an update. The 'Lacking storage booting" option is available in the Recovery menu.  You would access this the same way you accessed "Wiping cache partition".

To do this, power off your phone > tap and and hold power + volume up key until the Recovery Mode appears > use the volume up and down to navigate until the 'Lacking storage booting' > press the power button>  press again to confirm.

Hope this helps!

G'day Tina,
it's not there. The comment to use it is in red above the line, but option is not listed below the line.

G'day Tina, this morning I unmounted the SD card and the 'other' and apps figures changed. when I remounted the card the figures returned to what they were.

Not yet in its entirety. However a fellow forum member had suggested to "Delete dumpstate/logcat". In my case that got back some 3GB.

G'day, I did that, it only got back about 0.04 GB.

Yeah. I had read your earlier comment. Not sure what next steps are here.
