G'day,
My A30 is fast running out of storage. I have moved all apps possible to a SD card, the only apps on the phone are the ones that came originally. I have deleted all the cache, restarted, reset, removed the card, deleted my account, all to no avail.

I have no idea what the 'other ' is.

The 105mb in apps is the reminder app which is supposedly on the sd card.

Have you run logs on your phone, at times these ones will still be stored in the device.

Try the below and let me know if it works as this will clear logs:

  1. Open the phone app
  2. Dial *#9900#
  3. Then tap on "Delete dumpstate/logcat"  this should clear logs.

Let me know if this works.

Ok lets try the below steps:

  1. Power down your phone.
  2. Press and hold power + volume up key (Recovery Mode will appear)
  3. Use the volume up and down to navigate. Navigate to the "Wipe Cache Partition" once highlighted press the Power button (Acts like enter key).
  4. Then second prompt are you sure you wish to wipe cache partition, highlight "Yes" then press Power Button for OK.
  5. Once cache partition has been wiped highlight "Reboot System Now" (restart) then press power button as OK .

Then check if this made an impact to Others.

No worries, @papasnail. We're here to help! To find direct message on the Samsung Members App, it is in 'My Page', right under your profile name and picture. :)
