I thinks its not, hence bixby wasn't for one ui 3.0 it was released in 2017 and built-in app in some phone.
And I think bixby is only available for flagship phone, budget to midrange doesn't have it. The galaxy A32 doesn't have Bixby too, it's one ui 3.1 android 11.
Not a serious loss. I mean Bixby Assistant is dead last compared to rival virtual assistants. Bixby Routines on the other hand, is a major game changer.
