Hi. I have a new phone i bought it last january 15 2022 but after 3 days i saw a white line everytime it turns off. I already brought it to the service center in megamall. Then they tell me that's  its because of the software update. Then they updated it but it's  still the same. What should i do? Do i need to wait for a new software update? Or should i give them this unit to replace it? The problem is i need to wait 3to 5 days until they can give me a new unit😩 so sad

May white line pa din sir 😞 kinakatakot ko kasi sir baka hardware issue po sya kasi sobrang bago pa ng phone may problem na agad

Sayang naman bagong device may defects agad, baka pasok pa sa warranty , maka abot pa kaya sa software update this June para sa galaxy a32 na model?

Pasok pa naman po sa waranty. And sa 7 days replacement. Ano sa tingin mk sir, pa replace unit ko nalang or mag wait ng nalang ako software update?

Yan di ko alam , na saiyo na ang decision, pero kung replacement mo at mas convenient sayo at maibabalik agad then go, at wala pa naman update ilang months palang bago nila e release one ui 4.0 ng a32

Better go back po service center, advised them same issue.

Na try nyo na po ba ipapali ang unit? Since wala pang 1 week you should be entitled to have a replacement
