Hi. I have a new phone i bought it last january 15 2022 but after 3 days i saw a white line everytime it turns off. I already brought it to the service center in megamall. Then they tell me that's  its because of the software update. Then they updated it but it's  still the same. What should i do? Do i need to wait for a new software update? Or should i give them this unit to replace it? The problem is i need to wait 3to 5 days until they can give me a new unit😩 so sad

Pero kapag inalis ko po yung fingerprint unlock nawawala din sya. Sa tingin nyo po software update ba sya talaga?

Hindi sir. Kapag pinapatay lang sya. Biglang may white line lang na lalabas pero mawawala din naman agad
