A5 Contacts not scrolling

If you have an A5 (possibly other devices) and when trying to scroll through the contact list you experience hesitation and/or the contact app freezes, ,the following steps should resolve this issue:

1. Go to settings
2. Go to apps
3. Go to contacts
4. Look for permissions
5. Make sure it is set to allow storage.

I have seen it on new phones right out of the box as well as recently updated phones.
