The A51 is eligible, but the A50 isn't, so you can't update to Android 12. However if you want Android 12, then you can use a custom ROM.

A50 is supposed to be included thru the 3 year major android update stuff on samsung. But they ignored it, instead they took the A90 for the 3 year major android update. Kakayanin pa naman ang android 12 sa a50, yun lang di natuloy yun
