Galaxy A1. Switch off phone.
2. Press & hold Volume Down button for few seconds with
Power button to turn it on.
3. When reboot, you will see “Safe Mode” on bottom left side.
4. Now release volume button, swipe the screen and tap on Settings.
5. Scroll down till you saw Application Manager Check and tap on it.
6. At downloaded section, check those apps you think is suspicious or unknown that could cause issue. Uninstall the apps.
If issue still continue, then last resort is factory reset (backup first the data).
