Galaxy AHi @ace1952, you can change these settings by going into the Phone app > Settings > Supplementary settings > Call forwarding > and disabling the conditions that are set up.

Galaxy AThat's strange, are you able to send us an error report via the Samsung Members app so that our team can investigate this? Be sure to mention you've already tried the above troubleshooting steps to ensure they don't resend the steps. To do this:
Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Report > Settings/System > Describe issue and frequency > tick 'Send log data' >
