My A52s keeps on shutting down on its own lately. This happens after I downloaded the Zalora app. Idk why but the phone somehow got crashed (?) and then the screen just turned blank then suddenly it's dead lol. Happened a few times already. Does anybody else encounter this problem too? Or am I the only one??
Maybe it's just a coincidence but is easy to confirm. Uninstalling the said app will confirm whether it's the one causing the issue. If it's still persists, our friend nazzzz suggestion to check the battery health is good for next step troubleshooting.
I have uninstalled the said apps, and the issue seems to be solved. But im gonna give it another 1-2 days to see whether the issue still occurs or not. Thanks for helping!
