A53 5G APPS KEEPS CRASHING

Just got my new phone, it seems that 2 apps keeps crashing. 1 of them is a game and the other one is bank app 

I deinstall them both and installed again and still crashes,,,, is it a update issue or my phone is !!???

You can try to do a wipe cache partition, for that shut your device off, then press and hold power and volume up buttons until you see Android Logo. If done correctly, you'll access the recovery mode where you'll navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with power button. Use the volume down button to reach "wipe cache partition" and use power button to choose it. When the wipe cache partition will be done, choose "reboot system now" to reboot your device.
Also can you give the app names to check if it's not the apps that have issues (I have an a53 5g too) ?

I just did wipe cache partition I'll see if it resolved the issue

For the game, it worked fine almost no lag, at 30 fps most of the time, but for the bank app, I haven't really tried because I'm not with them, but according to the comments, the app doesn't work very well.

Yeah I downloaded it first yesterday then I opened it it closed automatically lol

Same as another game once installed it closes automatically

Did you receive an error message in application problem history for these apps ?

If any app is Force Closing, or otherwise misbehaving, Settings > Apps Search for the app & Click on it, Scroll down to Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the app, Reboot.

Hi, is your issue resolved? Have you tried the steps provided by others to Wipe cache partition, Clear cache, Clear data and to force stop the app?
