I can't connect to wifi, like it literally won't turn on, and it randomly keeps on restarting over and over again. I've already reset my phone and the wifi settings. Any help?

EDIT: It doesn't restart loop anymore, it just turns off randomly. It might come back though

EDIT: This started happening after an update

Since you have already done the first steps in trying to resolve the issue...

You could test the WiFi on your device using the Samsung Members app.

Click on Support & Diagnostics, run the Diagnostics for WiFi and see if you get any error messages?

You could also visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

See the link below for locations near you.

You said that you Factory Reset, right?

If that's the case, and you still can't turn on WiFi, visit a Samsung Service Centre.

Hi, we appreciate your efforts in trying all the necessary troubleshooting steps.

However, even after performing the factory reset but the issue still persists, we recommend you to visit the Samsung authorized service center to get it examined by the service technician and get it fixed.

Please visit the link given above by RedDogRabbit to know the nearest Samsung authorized service center.

Thank you.
