I bought my phone last year 2024 up til now 2025. I still havent updated the software becuase it doesnt allow me to. It hust keeps on circling like loading. I am battery full. I still have alot of storage and definitely i tried fast wifi or data. I even used 2 diff. Wifis but still no option to download. It just keeps loading
Maybe you can go to a Samsung store and ask for help. I also bought mine in July 2024 but it's working fine with its updates. I hope someone can answer you here 🥺
