Hi:

 

My A71 smart phone will not power on. No sign of life. Tried the Samsung charger but no sign of charging either. Tried force the phone to reboot with no change. Looking for ideas

in June I had the same problems and after 2 months it came back to life

Hi Coudad, We advice you to go to the nearest samsung service center or you can contact Samsung live chat support so that they will file the ticket and send you shipping label to ship your device then Samsung service center will diagnose it and let you know the exact issue.

Hi:

I got the unit working again. I cannot say what the solution was but it was related to the USB port as that is what I was working on when it made contact to charge.
