Did you mean MaaS360, Enterprise Mobile Management?

That could explain the issue you are having with trying to Factory Reset.

Samsung devices have a protected partition, that is normally always available to get into Download Mode, but it sounds like it's likely that this access has been removed by the Enterprise I.T.

I'm not sure how you have been able to Factory Reset / Flash Firmware with Odin on similarly protected devices, unless they weren't protected.

Did you download & install Samsung's USB drivers to your computer?

What version of Odin do you have installed on your computer?

What version of One UI is running on your device?

Device is broth to me by customer so I do not know UI version

Few days ago I successfully with ODIN restated another A71

Odin3 v3.13.1.

So Isuppose drivers USB and ODIN are ok.

Strange is that WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET is

missing from meny ?!

Factory Reset missing from the Recovery Menu, strongly suggests to me that the device is a company phone, and that Factory Reset has been disabled by the company's I.T. department.

If you're saying that this device was brought to you by a customer, I would proceed carefully.

It's possible that the "customer" is trying to do something questionable with the device... That or they caused an issue with the device, by doing something that they probably should not have been doing..?

Could also explain why you are having issues with Download Mode & Odin recognizing the device.

I'd contact the customer and refer them to the owner of the device I.T.

I am collecting phones from employees in company and I give them 'first aid' in form of FACTORY RESET

If I do not succeed then i go with phone to service and pay

for restating

Sometimes they install update or some game and they ( employees akka 'customer'  ) make phone like that unusable.

90% of problems with phones like that I solve with ODIN or FACTORY reset ..but sometimes happens issue like this

Apologies for mine English

My A71 screen go blank when the screen is lock. This issue started when I updated my phone recently. Unable to unlock, have to resort to hard setting power button
