What happened to the Samsung Galaxy A71 Video Stabilization. It's not working at all! I have a Samsung A50 before my A71 and the Video Stabilization is working well. I decided to sell my A50 and upgrade to A71. After I find out about it I just realize that the old model has a better feature than the new model. Can someone help me and fix this issue?

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4. Restart your device.


Submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:


Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

my phone is already updated One UI Version 5.0. Andriod 13. actually before the update it was working fine the video stabilizer was working well. after the update it's not the same anymore.
