My phone asked to perform a software update, and when it was done all my downloaded apps were wiped from my homescreen. What a serious pain in the a$$.
Hi, I suggest you please try to tap and hold an empty area on the Home screen and then tap Home screen settings → Home screen layout → Home screen only → Apply. You can now access all your apps by swiping to the left on the Home screen.
